This is the philosophy of the award-winning master chocolatier Andrea Slitti.
In 1988 Andrea Slitti started to work in the shop of the father, originally a Coffee Roasting Workshop and decided to add another colonial product and had the idea of starting to manufacture chocolate.
The secret of the success is the passion for this kind of work, careful selection of raw materials and craft production. Thanks to his ability and artistic vein in processing chocolate, Andrea Slitti won lots of important international contests he took part in. The last one was the World Chocolate Awards that took place in October 2012 in London with his delicious chocolate cream “Riccosa” and the chocolate bar Grand Bouquet “CaffèLatte”.
A visit to his shop, which is about 10 km from Agriturismo I Pitti is a “must” for all those who love chocolate and are looking for a very special gift to take home.
